Hood Mountain

I kept turning corners and saying wow! And it just kept getting better and better. I went to gunslinger's lookout first and then I went to the top just to say I went to the top. Gunslingers look out I highly recommend. The day was perfect with lots of cloud cover and Sun peeking through. Otherwise it would have been a very hot and exposed trail. I consider myself to be in good shape and I had a hard time on this hike, I had to stop and rest and my heart rate was up to 178 at some points. I would be curious if other people have measured their pulse on that trail as well. The whole hike was beautiful!!
